Common questions

What counts as a seat?

A seat is an active user on greatVibe. You're billed per active seat per month. Add a seat the day someone joins. Remove a seat the day they leave. Seat changes apply on a pro-rata basis at the next monthly renewal.

What happens after the trial?

Your card is charged on day 15 unless you cancel before then. The plan is $199 USD per seat per month.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing. After that, cancellation stops the next monthly renewal.

Do you use my data to train?

No. Your work stays your work. We don’t train models on your data. Inference runs on your AI key, so we don’t see it.

Are AI provider costs included?

No. You bring your own AI key. Inference costs go direct to your provider, not through greatVibe.
